About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team as a Drive-In General Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our drive-in, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of crew members to provide quality food and excellent customer service in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.
  • Operations and Logistics: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the drive-in, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement local store marketing strategies to increase sales and drive-in visibility.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: Three years of prior restaurant management experience, preferably in the quick-service industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: High standards for self and the team, positive attitude, resiliency, eagerness to learn and grow professionally and personally, ability to prioritize and complete tasks accordingly, excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Availability: Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
