Position Summary

As a Resort Shuttle Driver, you will be tasked with operating various vehicles such as minibuses, vans, lightweight trucks, and full-size trains, including mini trains for specific activities. Your primary responsibility will be to transport guests, clients, trainees, or company personnel, ensuring safe and efficient travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport resort guests along designated routes.
  • Provide transportation for team members to and from parking areas.
  • Participate in staff meetings.
  • Deliver interoffice mail on-site.
  • Assist passengers with disabilities in entering and exiting vehicles.
  • Utilize communication devices to report service disruptions.
  • Maintain and service vehicles, including fueling and lubrication.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections for safety and maintenance, submitting reports to management.
Qualifications

  • Valid CDL driver's license with passenger endorsement required.
  • Minimum one year of experience driving the relevant class of vehicle, meeting all state and local licensing requirements.
  • Maintain a satisfactory driving record and complete a mandatory defensive driving safety course.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with team members and guests in a service-oriented manner.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Training for operating full-size and mini-trains will be provided on-site.
