Key Responsibilities

Academic Mentorship

  • Transform students' lives by alleviating stress and guiding them through academic challenges.

Business Engagement

Gain exposure to essential business functions through our rotational system, engaging in various in-office tasks, including:

  • Developing new curricula for our existing programs.
  • Building partnerships with educational professionals, organizations, and local institutions.
  • Conducting client relationship management activities.
  • Formulating and implementing recruitment strategies and company policies.

Qualifications

Eligibility

  • Proficiency in multiple core subjects at the high school level, with a preference for those who can teach high school science.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends to achieve objectives.
  • Commitment to at least one fall cycle in this role.

Experience

  • Experience in managing and completing complex projects.
  • Proven success in collaborative environments.
  • Tutoring and/or test preparation experience is advantageous.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited institution.

Skills and Attributes

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including executives, students, and fellow coaches.
