    • Prepare service reports and accomplishments
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in facilities services or a related field
  • Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions in stressful situations
  • Strong customer service skills with effective verbal and written communication
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify strong talent that complements the client's environment
  • Experience working with outside vendors, accounts payable/receivable, and budget management preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
