- Strong customer service skills with effective verbal and written communication
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify strong talent that complements the client's environment
- Experience working with outside vendors, accounts payable/receivable, and budget management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
