Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in public media
- Lead a team of experienced professionals in content creation, marketing, and audience engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build partnerships and secure funding for our initiatives
- Oversee the development and implementation of our content strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our mission and values
- Manage our budget and resources to ensure the long-term sustainability of our organization
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in public media or a related field
