Nursing Unit Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Unit Manager at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Granville, NY.
About the Role:- This is a full-time position that requires 3 years of long-term care experience and 2 years of charge nurse experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the unit, developing and implementing employee policies and procedures, mentoring less experienced nurses, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
- Mentor new employees to promote professional growth and development.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve quality of care and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Compensation:We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
