Compensation and Work Schedule:
Hourly pay ranges from $45 to $55. This position is part-time with potential for full-time opportunities, operating Monday through Friday during the day shift, with weekend availability as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physician-prescribed physical therapy services.
- Assist in improving or minimizing the physical disabilities of patients.
- Help patients achieve their highest possible level of functionality.
- Collaborate with other home care professionals in developing patient care plans.
- Oversee and guide personnel as necessary.
- Conduct initial assessments, create care plans, and perform regular reassessments every 30 days.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for serving others and improving their lives.
- A degree in physical therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate) from an accredited program.
- Current licensure in the state of practice.
- Preferred two years of experience in a home health environment.
- Familiarity with Medicare OASIS documentation is advantageous.
