Concierge Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is a leader in senior care, and we're seeking a Concierge to provide exceptional hospitality to our residents and visitors.

As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for managing external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages, and providing community information to support our marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Welcome and support the hospitality of a Sunrise community

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as being an organized record keeper
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to learn new applications
