Concierge Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is a leading provider of senior care services, and we're seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and families, providing exceptional hospitality and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to visitors, residents, and families
  • Manage external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
  • Offer community information and support marketing and sales efforts
  • Monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness
  • Perform general administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven experience in customer service, with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to learn new applications and computer skills
