As a Guest Service Representative, you will play a vital role in addressing the needs of our guests, particularly during the check-in and check-out processes. Previous experience in the hotel industry is not necessary; we are eager to train individuals who show a willingness to learn and adapt to our service model.

Our ideal candidate should be flexible in working various shifts, including mornings and evenings, with options for both full-time and part-time weekend schedules.

  • Addressing guest inquiries and requests
  • Managing guest reservations, including modifications and cancellations
  • Informing guests about hotel amenities and services
  • Providing insights about the local area and attractions
  • Assisting guests during their arrivals and departures
  • Handling front desk phone inquiries
  • Processing cash transactions

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in customer service, and the ability to work on weekends and holidays.
