As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert product knowledge, and maintaining a high level of operational integrity.

• Customer Service: Provide best-in-class customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
• Operational Integrity: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job, including sales transactions, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store environment, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide the best possible service to our customers.

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Experience: Retail experience preferred, with a focus on customer service and sales. Cannabis retail experience a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
