Prepares work estimates for assigned tasks utilizing cost-benefit analysis. Coordinates business requirements reviews, manages testing schedules, and assists in the creation of test scripts. Engages with IT organizations to represent customer and functional user needs regarding project requirements, activities, and progress. Serves as a mentor to team members.

Assists in developing data that supports business cases and risk assessments related to process investments, returns, affordability, and resource needs as reflected in commitments, opportunities, and risks to the Business Plan.

Demonstrates familiarity with Project Management and/or Program Management Best Practices tools essential for assisting project leaders. Supports the team by collecting task status updates and creating visibility materials for projects as needed. Utilizes and adheres to the current documentation framework and standards. Aids in identifying opportunities to eliminate, consolidate, and/or simplify process documentation.

Facilitates the transition from traditional documentation standards to evolving data and information management standards by entering and modifying process data to align with these standards.

Assists in coordinating reviews, assessments, and audits of business process documentation as required. May develop or assist in the creation of process standards, guidelines, methods, and tools. Provides support to teams in working within, integrating with, or enhancing the existing process architecture. Encourages the team to achieve compliance with architectural standards. Researches existing business architectural data and provides it to teams to support integration and compliance efforts.
