Responsibilities:

* Assist in the coordination of resident admission processes, including screening, assessment, and care needs
* Ensure care is delivered as indicated in resident care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Coordinate care and services with outside providers, including resident physicians
* Document and report care provided and resident observations
* Maintain a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

* Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing
* Current nursing license and state registration (LPN or RN)
* Three years' experience in assessment and geriatric nursing, preferred
* A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents
