Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage individualized behavior programming for clients
  • Supervise and manage Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
  • Conduct behavior assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals on the client's treatment team
  • Provide monthly caregiver training and support

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD and their families
