We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Manager to join our Youth Justice Service at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering effective youth justice services to children, their families, and victims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Youth Justice Team (YJT) in the co-ordination and delivery of youth justice services.
  • Ensure children have access to a range of universal, preventative, targeted, and intensive youth support services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce offending behaviours within and across communities.
