About the Role

We are looking for a talented Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to lead our efforts in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and standards for our cybersecurity solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will perform tool health assessments, manage and configure tools and underlying infrastructure, and tune configurations to maximize efficiency while accounting for stakeholder needs.

You will also research and evaluate alternative security solutions, create metrics to report on the overall health of security solutions, and establish relationships with vendors to obtain timely support and resolve issues.

This role requires strong analytical skills to assess risks and vulnerabilities in complex systems, as well as leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The estimated salary for this role is $135,000 - $165,000 per year, based on the location in Madison, WI.
