Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Perkins Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the back-of-house operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior kitchen management role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
