Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Paralegal with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience to support our team in a significant environmental case. This full-time role is based in our Chicago office and offers a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the organization and management of case-related materials leading up to trial.
  • Support all staff-related matters for the assigned case.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of court filing procedures.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication and writing abilities.
  • The capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Independence and the ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Attention to detail and a keen interest in the law and our practice areas.
  • Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and legal software.

Compensation: Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment: This position allows for a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days working remotely, depending on business needs.
