LO QUE HARÁS
Serás la cara de nuestra empresa al recibir y dar la bienvenida a los clientes de manera amigable y profesional al llegar a la tienda, y proporcionar asistencia a través de consultas telefónicas y por correo electrónico.
Tu enfoque es superar las expectativas en cada interacción.
Desarrollarás relaciones con nuestros clientes al comprender y explicar nuestros productos y anticipar sus necesidades.
Interactuarás con nuestros representantes de ventas, gerentes de sucursal y soporte de ventas para brindar asistencia con diversas tareas, desde la preparación de pedidos hasta reparaciones simples de herramientas.
Ayudarás con la exhibición de productos y maximizarás el potencial de nuestra tienda asegurando que los productos estén colocados de manera excepcional.
Revisarás nuestros procesos con el objetivo de recomendar formas de optimizar y crear eficiencia.
PODRÍAS SER UN BUEN CANDIDATO SI
Cumples con los requisitos mínimos: tienes al menos 1 año de experiencia en ventas, soporte de ventas o atención al cliente con un diploma de secundaria.
