Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of employees and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a food service or retail environment, preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly for entire shifts, and maneuver through compact spaces safely.
