**Job Title: Hospitality Ambassador**

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $50,000 per year

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Bell Attendant to join our team at Mauna Lani. As an ambassador of our resort, you will be responsible for creating lasting memories for our guests.


**Responsibilities**

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of knowledge about the Big Island and be eager to share this with our guests.

You will be responsible for:

  • Opening doors, carrying and delivering/retrieving luggage from guest rooms
  • Parking cars, giving directions, and transporting guests
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome for our guests


**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Service-focused personality and ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
