We are seeking a Beachside Server Ambassador to join our team at Mauna Lani. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

• Properly set up and maintain the pool and beach areas, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Provide excellent service to guests, including taking orders and delivering food and beverages in a friendly and thoughtful manner.
• Use job-related software to efficiently manage tasks and ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Detailed and service-oriented with an eye for detail to be self-motivated and energetic.
• Must be able to obtain TB Clearance and Food Handler Certification.
