Job Overview

Position: Production Support Specialist
Shift: 2nd Shift (Hours may vary)

Compensation: $14 - $15/hr (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in operating machinery under the supervision of skilled personnel
  • Provide materials and tools to various workstations
  • Handle loading and unloading of items from production machines
  • Prepare components for distribution
  • Utilize tools such as belt sanders and hand grinders for finishing tasks
  • Conduct visual inspections to verify product standards
  • Report any defective materials or equipment issues to the supervisor
  • Cut materials as needed for production
  • Affix components to packaging using appropriate tools
  • Ensure proper assembly according to production specifications
  • Label products accurately for tracking
  • Support assembly line workers and assist with various tasks
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
