Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct testing and inspection of products at various stages of the manufacturing process, compiling and analyzing data from these assessments.
  • Assist in maintaining the quality and reliability of our offerings.
  • Support the Operational Excellence Manager in upholding ISO and BRC quality systems.
  • Enhance staff awareness regarding defect identification based on inspection findings.
  • Collaborate with all departments to continuously elevate service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with ISO and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Identify, propose, and implement opportunities for Lean improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certification: Must obtain certification in basic HACCP.
  • Skills: Proficient in reading, writing, and following verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Preferred: Two or more years of direct experience in quality control within the printing sector.
  • Additional Advantage: Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and BRC quality systems.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time management, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service are essential for responding to the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. Effective verbal and written communication skills are also crucial for success in this role.
