About the Role

This opportunity is perfect for a mental or behavioral healthcare professional with a patient-first attitude, solid mental health or healthcare experience, and an eagerness to learn. We are seeking an individual who will be trained and certified to administer breakthrough behavioral health care services, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and esketamine therapy, to patients with depression and other mental health disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Administering TMS or esketamine therapy, in accordance with all provider-established clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Monitoring all aspects of TMS and esketamine treatments to ensure patient wellbeing and clinical accuracy.
  • Reviewing and administering psychiatric rating scales to patients, as applicable, to benchmark treatment progress and ensure continuity of care.
  • Identifying and resolving any issues related to patient discomfort during treatment.
  • Delivering exceptional patient care at all times by demonstrating empathy, developing trust, and providing support to a vulnerable patient population.
  • Recording all treatment session notes and documents in EHR, collaborating with other team members and/or providers as needed.
  • Scheduling patients and conducting patient checkout procedures, including collecting applicable co-payments and relaying discharge instructions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and at least one year of experience working in a patient care or mental health office setting or operating room setting, or High School Diploma, Associate Degree, Medical Assistant, or other clinical certification with additional years of solid work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and EHR systems, preferably AdvancedMD and SalesForce.
  • Knowledge of marketplace insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines highly recommended but not required.
