Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Design and Implementation: Formulate and execute automation strategies for manufacturing and testing workflows.
- Schematic Design: Generate and produce electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Control Programming: Program microcontrollers, PLCs, and various control systems to oversee mechanical and electronic components within equipment.
- Testing Hardware Development: Strategize and develop hardware intended for testing applications.
- Test Equipment Design: Engineer and construct test fixtures and equipment compatible with diverse output protocols.
- Process Documentation: Create, implement, and sustain test process instructions for production teams.
- Industrial Panel Assembly: Assemble and construct industrial control panels, racks, and associated equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis on testing and production apparatus.
- Test Strategy Development: Formulate and oversee integration and testing strategies, including scheduling and planning.
- Capacity Review: Regularly evaluate equipment capacity and propose enhancements.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience.
- Proficient in 3D modeling software for creating part models and complex assemblies, preferably using SolidWorks.
- Experience in schematic design utilizing SolidWorks.
- Expertise in programming various PLCs.
- Familiarity with fundamental programming languages.
