Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista Clerk PT at Lowes Foods. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and supporting the sales and merchandising efforts of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and engaging service to all guests, including demonstrations and samples of our products.
- Follow merchandising and operational guidelines to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
- Prepare and present products to guests, including coffee and other beverages.
- Perform cleaning tasks and maintain a safe and clean store environment.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to read and understand information and direction.
- Ability to supervise, train, and develop others.
- Ability to learn and understand multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Store Management and Merchandiser(s).
