About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Rite Aid. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead our store operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

  • Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily operational tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality customer service.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating superior customer service skills and setting the standard for excellence in the store.
  • Tend to merchandising tasks, including plan-o-gram implementation, to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Perform receiving and stocking procedures, counting and reconciling cash register drawers, preparing deposits, and ordering change from the bank.
  • Ensure store inventory is regularly inspected, removed, or rotated according to the Product Freshness Review Schedule.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates.
  • Design and assign work schedules to foster an efficient and effective workflow.

Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service industry, preferably at a supervisor level.
