Triton Environmental, LLC is a full-service environmental consulting and engineering services firm based in Guilford, Connecticut. We are currently seeking a qualified Civil/Environmental Project Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated project manager to lead our engineering projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a solid understanding of civil/environmental site design principles.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans and timelines* Oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion and within budget* Conduct site visits and field evaluations as needed* Prepare technical reports and presentations* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals* Manage subcontractors and vendors* Analyze data and prepare client reports* Communicate with clients and stakeholders* Develop and manage project budgets* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations* Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in civil/environmental site design* Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering, or related field* EIT certification* Familiarity with hydrologic and hydraulic design procedures* Excellent communication and project management skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team* Willingness to travel occasionally* Familiarity with MS Office and project management software

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, short/long term disability insurance, dental & vision, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and annual bonuses.
