About the Role:

Virtua Health is seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Secretary to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our healthcare professionals, utilizing your knowledge of medical terminology and procedures in a hospital, clinic, or laboratory environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients and maintaining patient flow
  • Scheduling appointments and handling correspondence
  • Performing general registration and billing tasks
  • Maintaining documentation and reports
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving routine inquiries

About You:

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A working knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency in computer software applications are also essential. If you have experience working in a medical setting and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, we encourage you to apply.

Estimated Salary Range:$42,000 - $55,000 per year
