Job Description

Job Summary:

FirstLight Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical in-home care, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver/CNA to join our team. As a Caregiver/CNA, you will provide high-quality care to seniors in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals, including breakfast and lunch
  • Provide light housekeeping and laundry services
  • Accompany clients on errands and appointments
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an in-home Caregiver, CNA, or related experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal language
  • Valid Driver's License and adequate auto insurance
  • Consent to criminal, elder abuse, motor vehicle, and sex offender background checks
  • Consent to drug and alcohol testing
  • TB test
