We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helicopter Pilot to join our team at Global Medical Response Inc. As a Helicopter Pilot, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to medical facilities, working closely with a team of medical experts to ensure the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities- Aircraft Operations: Ensure the readiness of aircraft for flight dispatches, adhering to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and company requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate Medical Transportation Company (MTC) and regulatory documentation.
- Certifications and Training: Accountable for maintaining required certifications and ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
- Commercial Pilot Certificate: Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
- Instrument Rating: Helicopter instrument rating.
- Medical Certificate: Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
- Flight Experience: 2,000 total flight hours, 1,500 helicopter hours, 1,000 helicopter pilot-in-command hours, and 1,000 turbine helicopter hours.
- Night Flight Experience: 200 hours of helicopter night flight experience (aided or unaided).
- EC130/AS350 Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience in EC130/AS350 aircraft.
