Job Overview

As an Electronics Assembly Technician II at Kelly Services Inc, you will play a critical role in supporting product development and manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include setting up and running data acquisition equipment, carrying out experiments, and reporting/documenting results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test production assemblies and sub-assemblies for correct operation and compliance to performance specifications.
  • Set up or modify equipment, calibrate and operate equipment, and tune equipment as per detailed instructions.
  • Perform routine experiments and troubleshooting, and conduct diagnostic tests to achieve root cause analysis and problem resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and other records as required by management.
  • Utilize basic technical communications to improve internal models and/or externally sourced components in terms of system performance, reliability, functionality, and serviceability.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in a Manufacturing, Engineering, or Technology related field, or a High School diploma and 2 years' experience as defined by having demonstrated electrical specific skills at a technician equivalent role.
  • Proficiency to logically troubleshoot at subsystem and system level, using identifiable problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to draw accurate conclusions from test data, malfunctions, or deviations, and assist with corrections to the existing design or process.
  • Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information.
