Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and exceeds their expectations.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Collision Repair Center, including managing staff, inventory, and equipment.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget, forecast sales and expenses, and track key performance indicators.
- Staff Development: Coach and empower team members to achieve their full potential, provide training and development opportunities, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest quality standards in all aspects of the business, including repair work, customer service, and facility maintenance.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
