Job Summary:

The Surgical Services Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, communicating effectively with patients and families, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Current California RN License
  • One year of inpatient experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Ability to circulate a variety of specialties, including neuro, spine, HEENT, general, GYN, vascular, thoracic, minimally invasive, robotic, and orthopedics
  • Scrub experience strongly preferred
  • ACLS certification within 3 months of hire
