Key Responsibilities
  • Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of leadership and process improvement.

Working Conditions
