Are you ready to embark on a challenging and rewarding sales career in commercial real estate? We are seeking a skilled Commercial Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for determining the current market value of properties, responding to customer inquiries, and conducting market studies to aid in decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision-making process
  • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally
  • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential

Requirements:

  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient
  • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
  • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
  • Real Estate License or the motivation to get one
