Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze laboratory results and interpret findings.
  • Contact all patients regarding their test results; inform those with normal results and coordinate follow-up appointments for those with abnormal findings.
  • Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all referrals.
  • Facilitate intra-clinic referrals to ensure timely appointments and assist with external referrals by coordinating appointments and following up with patients to gather results.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently.

Please note: This position is not available for remote work.
