About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Metal Parts Racker to join our team at NICO PRODUCTS, INC. As a Metal Parts Racker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Count, rack, and prepare metal parts for finishing
  • Inspect quality and pack parts for shipping
  • Complete paperwork and ensure accurate documentation
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to stand, twist, lift, pinch, walk, bend, and kneel as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic computer entry skills preferred
