About the Job:

The Medication Aide Professional assists in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of the attending physician, the nurse supervisor or charge nurse, and the Director of Nursing Services. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician.
  • Document medication administration accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of medication administration.

Requirements:

* Valid CMA certification required.
* Valid CPR certification required.
* Basic computer skills required.
* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
