Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute UX vision and strategy for TAG and its portfolio of brands
  • Build and lead a high-performing UX team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Collaborate with product managers and architects to develop realistic product plans that prioritize UX research, design, and testing
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, mental models, and working contexts
  • Lead UX's engagement with product owners and other business stakeholders to frame problems, prioritize, and scope design efforts
  • Oversee A/B and Multivariate testing on front-end usability changes and enhancements
  • Maintain awareness of e-commerce trends and make recommendations for new functionality
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction, Graphic, or Industrial Design, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in user experience design
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in people management
  • Proven ability to identify new project opportunities based on design thinking principles and prior outcomes
