Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate meetings with the technical team and business client to gather requirements and project specifications.
  • Maintain a backlog of work items in Azure DevOps and manage project tasks, timelines, and communication between business product owners and development teams.
  • Track sprints and ticket progress in Azure DevOps and ensure the team adheres to department change management policies.
  • Provide management with project status reports and resource demand projections.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a professional office environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in a role as a business analyst supporting a software development project.
  • Ability to lead meetings, conduct training, and communicate at a level appropriate to the audience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience working as a liaison between the development team and project manager or business client.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and highly desired skills in project management, Microsoft SharePoint, Salesforce Platform, and MS Dynamics 365.
