At MindCare Solutions, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional behavioral health services to hospitals and healthcare organizations. We are seeking a highly skilled Telehealth Psychiatrist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a board-certified or eligible psychiatrist to provide telehealth services to patients in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in using telemedicine technologies and be proficient in evaluating and treating patients with neuropsychiatric conditions, behavioral health disorders, and comorbid conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients referred for assessment and treatment of neuropsychiatric conditions, behavioral health disorders, and comorbid conditions.
  • Provide recommendations for assessment, treatment, and monitoring, including prescribing medications within limits of applicable State law and following appropriate standards of care.
  • Utilize EHRs such as Intelligent Routing, Meditech, Epic, and Core.
  • Respond immediately to consult requests received during a scheduled shift.
  • Collaborate with 2 PMHNP's.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Psychiatry.
  • Valid and unrestricted DEA.
  • Proficient in using Telemedicine technologies to treat patients remotely.
  • Licensed in FL.
