Requirements
  • Master's Degree: In Human Services or a related field.
  • BCBA Certification: Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $80,700 - $100,800 (for 25 billable hours/week).
  • Salary + Bonus: $93,900 - $114,000 (for 30 billable hours/week).
  • Bonus Structure: $55 per additional billable hour, paid monthly.
  • PTO and Holidays: 14 days during your first 12 months, increasing to 18 days after your first year, plus 8 paid holidays.
  • CEU Stipend: $2,000 annually.
