We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department RN to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a critical care registered nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and utilize advanced life support skills as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State
- Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency services or acute care
- BLS certification; ACLS and PALS certification within 6 and 12 months, respectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
