Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in Maryland or compact state
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services or acute care
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • PALS and Hazmat certification within 1 year of hire
