Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator who possesses exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. In this role, you will spearhead the estimating process for intricate electrical projects and provide essential guidance to the estimating team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the complete electrical estimating process
  • Evaluate project specifications and create comprehensive cost estimates
  • Interpret project drawings and blueprints to ascertain the scope of work
  • Engage with suppliers and vendors to secure pricing for materials and equipment
  • Formulate and present competitive bids and proposals
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior estimators as required

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior-level electrical estimating
  • Expertise in electrical estimating software such as Accubid, McCormick, or ConEst
  • Thorough understanding of electrical systems and construction methodologies
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
