About the Role

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is a leading provider of comprehensive addiction treatment services, committed to transforming lives through compassionate care. We are seeking a skilled Counselor to join our team and play a crucial role in the recovery journey of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide orientation to new patients on our programs' rules, policies, procedures, and patients' rights.
  • Conduct Intakes, Discharge Planning, Initial Assessments, and Initial Treatment Plans professionally and within time guidelines.
  • Involve patients in the assessment, treatment planning, and intervention aspects of treatment.
  • Administer biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized Treatment Plans.
  • Monitor patients' progress, identify and address relapse indicators, and provide relapse prevention interventions.
  • Comply with and implement Medical and Clinical Risk Management Policies.
  • Provide professional counseling and referral services, including individual and group counseling, and engage in Community Relations and Outreach efforts.
Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in counseling and a passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An associate degree in a relevant field or a majority of approved counselor certification courses.
  • Counselor registration/certification by a recognized certifying organization.
  • Years of experience, depending on the level of certification.
