Key Responsibilities- Oversee employee performance and scheduling
- Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational initiatives
- Work with donors to resolve concerns and provide excellent customer service
- Analyze opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
- Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
- Foster teamwork, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
- Frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive hourly wage range of $30.14, with opportunities for short-term incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
