Job Overview

Position Details
  • Location: To be determined during the interview process.
  • Schedule: Full-time, with hours typically scheduled from Sunday to Thursday.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a similar role is preferred, although we are open to training motivated candidates.
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $11.00 to $15.00.
Key Responsibilities

The Floor Technician will be responsible for:

  • Executing floor maintenance and restoration tasks, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
  • Operating various industrial floor care machinery effectively.
  • Implementing appropriate cleaning procedures for both hard surfaces and carpets, including stripping, refinishing, and spot cleaning.
  • Maintaining knowledge of safety protocols while performing all tasks.
  • Completing additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in floor care or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of floor care techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs regularly.
